Netball Australia, the governing body of Australia’s most popular participation sport, approached Working Three (W3) to develop a digital strategy to enable them to provide even better experiences for its fans and participants.

What We Did

W3 ran a comprehensive consultation process with key stakeholders in producing a digital infrastructure plan leading to improvements to marketing communications, membership management and competition management.

The project was designed to provide sponsors with better segmentation information about Netball Australia’s audience. W3’s approach proved that the implementation of a new sports management system could help sporting organisations attract and retain major sponsors.

Outcome

W3 delivered a digital customer experience blueprint that helped Netball Australia to manage all internal and external digital touch points, mature member and fan relationships and create new revenue opportunities. W3’s strategy is now driving major change within Australia’s netball community.

Subsequently, W3 was engaged to develop the network of websites and web applications that brought the blueprint to life.
