W3 ran a consultative process with two areas of focus for Netball’s strategy. First, W3 focused on the digital infrastructure necessary to facilitate communications, membership management and competition management. Secondly, W3 focused on providing sponsors with better segmentation information about Netball Australia’s audience. W3’s approach proved that the implementation of a new sports management system can help sporting organisations’ attract and retain major sponsors.
